The National Testing Agency (NTA) on Thursday released the CUET 2023 exam dates.
The CUET is the exam for undergraduate admissions to central varsities, with several private, state and deemed universities also participating in it.
Candidates seeking admissions to undergraduate Programmes to various colleges through Common University Entrance Test 2023 can check the exam calendar on the official website at nta.ac.in.
As per the exam calendar shared by the NTA, CUET 2023 will be conducted from May 21 to May 31, 2023.
The testing agency has kept June 01 to June 07, 2023 as reserved dates for the examination.
The details for filling of forms are to be announced and most likely dates are in February 2023.
1. Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG is scheduled for May 21 and 31. NTA has also reserved June 1 to 7 for the test.
2. CUET was introduced last year as a common test for university admissions. The test is mandatory for undergraduate admissions at central universities.
The exam pattern of CUET UG, which was earlier known as CUCET UG, has undergone some changes from the National Testing Agency (NTA). Students must study from the updated CUET Exam 2023 Pattern to score well in the CUET Exam. The CUET UG 2023 schedule will soon be released by the NTA.
The three sections that make up the revised pattern of the CUET 2023 Exam are one for language (split into two subsections), one for a domain subject, and one for the general test. The entire CUET Exam Pattern 2023 along with all of the information provided by NTA will be provided on this page. Currently, students can access the pattern based on the past year.
NTA has brought about some changes in the CUET exam pattern and structure from the last year. Candidates can refer to the table provided below to get an idea about the revised exam pattern.

NTA has made the following changes to the CUET Exam pattern and the details are given below:

The CUET UG 2023 is expected to be conducted in 13 languages like last year which are mentioned below:
According to the criteria of the desired University, a candidate must choose one of the listed languages as the medium of the paper when applying.
The question paper for the General Test and the Domain Specific Subjects will be bilingual, i.e, it will include the language that the candidate selected (one of the 13 languages) and English.
According to the CUET exam schedule for 2023, there will be two-time slots available for the CUET: morning and afternoon. The CUET entrance exam 2023 will be conducted on multiple days. The students won’t be permitted to take the same subject test in a different time slot again.

The CUET 2023 marking scheme is the same for both exam slots – morning and afternoon. As a result, candidates need to become familiar with the CUET marking system. Candidates must be aware that there is negative marking in the CUET 2023 exam and should mark their choices accordingly.
